Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and MEDlift when you create an account or use the platform. By signing up, you confirm that you have read and accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use MEDlift
MEDlift is built for students enrolled at universities in Jordan. To create an account you must:
- Sign up with your own university email address ending in .edu.jo.
- Give your real name, student ID, faculty, and academic year. These decide which courses and questions you see, so keep them accurate.
- Be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
2. Your account
- One person per account. Your account is personal. Do not share your login or let anyone else use it.
- One device at a time. If your account is opened on another device, the first one is paused until you choose which device to keep.
- Keep your password safe and tell us at support@medlift.net if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Course content and your licence
All videos, notes, question banks, explanations, and mind maps on MEDlift belong to MEDlift or its tutors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own studying while your account is active. You may not:
- Record, screenshot, screen-capture, download, or copy lessons or questions.
- Share, sell, re-upload, or distribute any content, in full or in part.
- Use bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform.
- Remove, hide, or tamper with the watermarks shown on videos and questions.
Content protection
4. Paid courses
- Some courses and question banks are free; others need paid access. The price is shown before you request access.
- Access to a paid course starts once our team confirms your request and payment, and it applies only to your account.
- For any question about a payment or your access, contact us before opening a dispute so we can sort it out.
5. Study aid, not medical advice
MEDlift helps you prepare for university exams. It is not a source of medical advice and must never be used to diagnose or treat a real patient.
- We work to keep content accurate, but mistakes can happen. Your official lectures and university materials take priority.
- Answers from the AI tutor are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important.
- We cannot guarantee any exam result.
6. Community rules
Discussions, study groups, and leaderboards are shared with other students. When you take part:
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
- Don't post other people's personal information, spam, or advertising.
- Don't try to game XP, streaks, or rankings.
You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow MEDlift to show it to other students on the platform. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
7. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular account sharing or copying content. You can stop using MEDlift at any time; to close your account, email us from your university address.
8. Changes
We are constantly improving MEDlift, so features may be added, changed, or removed. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use MEDlift after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Liability
MEDlift is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or exam outcomes arising from your use of the platform, or for periods when it is unavailable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
